Preschool Investigation

The Bones Investigation was a natural extension of the highly successful Body Machine Investigation that was completed the summer before.  As we entered into the fall season, the children began to see Halloween decorations in stores when they shopped with their parents and were very excited.  During morning meeting, the children said they wanted to learn more about Halloween skeletons.  After seeing their excitement we developed a science concept planner and referred to the ACCESS Classroom Tracking Sheet (ACTS) and started to plan.
