Leaping into a "FROG"-tastic Investigation

4/5/2017

Sarah Szumnarski is a ECIP teacher at Kiser and her current investigation is Frogs. The photos highlight experiences using books and magnifying glasses for looking at tadpoles. Also the children used play dough, craft wiggly eyes and pipe cleaners to represent stages in the  life cycle of a frog.  The children record their drawings of the tadpoles in science journals. Photos of the life cycle stages are offered on a magnetic board for the children to explore.

Great work!  This investigation looks "TOAD"-ally awesome!
